Personalized items are unique to each order and can not be replaced unless they are misprinted due to an error from our side. Please double check your orders to ensure dates and the spelling of your personalization is correct. We are not responsible for errors entered by the customer. If you realize you have made an error, please contact us immediately at artcoastengraving@comcast.net and if we have not already etched your glassware we will make the appropriate change.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your items securely for shipping but in the event that you receive a package from us containing a damaged or broken item due to shipping, please contact us at artcoastengraving@comcast.net within 48hrs so that we can begin processing your replacement. Please retain the damaged item & all original packaging. Damaged items will only be replaced with the exact item ordered.
